Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was sweltering initially due to a malfunctioning AC, and there were issues with missing items, but the view of the lights and falling snow was fantastic. The staff, especially Manager Victoria, went above and beyond despite being understaffed and the need for updates in the room was evident.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with a view of the entire city from the top of the hill, facing the city. It felt like a dream waking up to such a spectacular view of 'Thumb Butte'. The service was not so polite at times, and we faced challenges with dinner reservations due to being told they were too busy, but they still managed to maintain a spirited manner. The location was fantastic, offering great views up on a hill. The unkept appearance and furniture issues could be improved, though. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, especially with Asian dishes, but the breakfast options were amazing. The facilities were well-rounded, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a separate seating area, providing a fabulous view of Prescott. However, there were issues with the air conditioning leaking water, and the staff, except for Manager Victoria, was not welcoming or helpful.
